The following is my translation of the post for those who are interested.

14 Websites.

100 years ago when the local war was at a high level past media institutions were afraid to talk openly against the forces or the LTTE by criticising them or making suggestions. Especially Tamil people.

But now the inability to criticise LTTE activities has changed with the coming of new media. If we criticise like that the mouths of media people will be under gun point. We can see that from events in the past.

In the past, Tamil media supported the LTTE. But after websites came, which also included websites with radio and websites with TV, instead of one side being supported these sites broadcast all suggestions.

For example 14 websites are publishing support to Karuna after he left from the LTTE. This is one example only.

(New media can be used for good or bad purposes)

----------------------------

Thanks for the post Thushan, my comments are the following.

I have doubts that there was a war going on 100 hundred years ago against the LTTE. I would also like to know some of the names of the 14 websites that support Karuna.
