Groundviews makes it easy for you to send content for publication and to respond to that which is posted on the site. Please make sure you’ve read the CONTENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES before sending any text, photo, video or other content for publication.
Restrictions, guidelines and best practices:
- For text, we request that you send us documents in Word, RTF, ODF or as plain text.
- We accept photos, but may reduce the size of images to fit the design of the site.
- We accept audio and video. We prefer MP3 recordings for audio and MP4 recordings for video. However, please do not email Groundviews any file larger than 5Mb. If you have a audio or video production, get in touch to ascertain how best to transfer the file to our servers.
- For articles, please let us know the name you wish to be published under – whether you own or a pseudonym of your choosing.
- With all submissions, we encourage you to send us an email of your choosing, so that we and others can get in touch with you if necessary.
- Groundviews reserves the right to edit, as it sees fit, any content sent to us before publication.
- Content that does not meet the site guidelines will be deleted.
