reason
to be living
in the vicinity.
Their Sri
Lankan
citizenship,
rights to move
about the
multi-ethnic,
multicultural
country do
not hold up
to scrutiny
under Prevention
of Terrorism Act
which allows
for exceptions
to such liberal
silliness
as equality
under law.
